Who Are We?

VC Associates are experienced Chartered Secretaries providing independent company law, company secretarial and corporate governance services for over thirty years, as well as acting as Head of Legal and Head of HR for some companies.

We work for all types and sizes of companies and in many different areas of business.

Professional and business qualifications

We are qualified Chartered Secretaries, being Fellow or Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA: The Governance Institute). Some of us are also Fellow or Associate Members of the Association of International Accountants, and some are members of other professional bodies.

For our mediation service, we use only qualified Mediators, including CEDR Accredited Mediators and Mediators Accredited by the Institute of Arbitrators.

All our Associates have professional indemnity insurance.

On-site or off-site

The services we offer can be delivered at your offices or off site. For Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance Services in particular, there are advantages in working at your premises as we can more easily access your companies’ records as necessary, and we can more quickly become familiar with your business environment, as well as becoming part of your team through personal interaction.

In some instances, it is more appropriate for us to work off site. We have a fully serviced office and can easily communicate via normal business methods or make site visits if and when necessary.
