There are various software options available to help companies become more efficient – for statutory records, share registration and share option management.

STATUTORY RECORDS

There are a number of company secretarial IT packages now on the market, all aimed at making the work of maintaining your companies’ statutory records faster and more efficient.

We can:

• Advise on the best package for you and arrange for its installation.
• Enter your companies’ statutory records onto the package (at the same time carrying out a statutory review if you require it).
• Train you and your staff to use the package chosen. (This can include an element of general company secretarial training for members of staff less familiar with company law and company secretarial practice.)

SHARE REGISTRATION

Listed and large company groups will usually appoint separate Share Registrars to cover this work for them. VC Associates can help you find the provider that best suits your needs and pocket.

For the smaller companies, there are software options that you can use in house to maintain and manage your share registers and maintain details of shareholders. Again, we can help you to identify the best option, set it up, and do any necessary training.

SHARE OPTION MANAGEMENT

Many companies provide share options as a form of incentivisation for staff. Depending on the number of staff and number of share option schemes that your company offers, this can be a complicated area administration wise.
